Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Quarry Fence, Black Hill Berrington's Quarry has scarred the eastern face of Black Hill and made access to this side of the hill somewhat dangerous. Despite the fence there are always some who will insist on attempting to either climb up or down the quarry face. The local fire service are often called out to rescue the foolhardy. I myself have had to call 999 after seeing someone in distress here.
