Description Diagramme qui montre la variation cosinuïdale de la partie radiale à un radar d'un vent uniforme. Un radar à impulsion ne voir que la différence en position radaiale entre deux impulsions ce qui veut dire qu'il verra un maximum de vitesse lorsqu'il regarde dans le vent mais zéro lorsque le vent est tangentiel au faisceau radar. Le diagramme du haut montre la composante projeté sur la direction du faisceau radar et celui du bas, la variation en sinus par raport au Nord mais en cosinus par rapport au faisceau radar. Diagramme que j'ai importé dans Common en février et que je viens de traduire pour le wiki francophone. Pierre cb 2 septembre 2006 à 20:11 (CEST)
