Deutsch: Denkmal in Rankweil (Vorarlberg, Österreich) für den Mayor der Vorarlberger Schützen Josef Siegmund Nachbauer, der in den Kriegsjahren 1796, 1799, 1800 und 1809 (Napoleonische Kriege) die Truppen anführte. Nachbauer war von Beruf Lehrer. Im Hintergrund die Kirche St. Peter und auf dem Hügel die Basilika Rankweil.
English: Monument in Rankweil (Vorarlberg, Austria) for the Major of Vorarlberg marksmen Josef Siegmund Nachbauer, who led the troops in the war years 1796, 1799, 1800 and 1809 (Napoleonic Wars). Nachbauer was a teacher by profession. In the background the church of St. Peter and on the hill the Basilica Rankweil.
