Deutsch: ATCase weist einen sigmoiden Kurvenverlauf auf, der als Überlagerung der Michaelis-Menten-Kurve beider Konformationszustände aufgefasst werden kann. Durch die allosterischen Modulatoren ATP und CTP wird der Kurvenverlauf seitlich verschoben und nähert sich der Reaktionskinetik des R- bzw. T-Zustandes an. |
