Summary[edit]
DescriptionRhea 1 - Rev 272 (32147016838).png |
First color image taken during Cassini's final observation of Rhea. These images were taken during a distant flyby (~365,000 km) on May 2, 2017. It is in extended color, incorporating color information from the near-UV and near-IR to emphasize differences in surface color. This image was part of an observation of Rhea's north pole, which was poorly imaged prior to this flyby. Image Credit: NASA / JPL / Cassini-ISS / Justin Cowart |
