English: The ribbon of the Dekoratie voor Trouwe Dienst, a South African military good service decoration, in the Orange Free State orientation, 32 millimetres wide with a 3 mm wide white band, a 7 mm wide orange band, a 12 mm wide blue band, a 7 mm wide green band and a 3 mm wide red band.
