Description
Nederlands: "De rechten van den mensch en van den burger. 1795." De rechten van de mens en van de burger in 19 artikelen, tekst in twee kolommen, gepresenteerd als de tien geboden op de 'tafelen der wet'. Bovenaan in het midden het Alziende Oog. Hieronder de Verlichting (midden) die de grijze Tijd (links) met licht bestraalt en Minerva (rechts). Onderaan een tienregelig vers. Deze Rechten afgekondigd op 31 januari te Den Haag door de Provisionele Representanten.
English: The rights of man and of the citizen in 19 articles, text in two columns, presented as the ten commandments on the "Tables of the Law." Top center the All Seeing Eye. Below the Enlightenment (middle) that irridiates the gray Time (left) with light and Minerva (right). To the bottom a ten-line verse. This Law proclaimed on 31 January 1795 in The Hague by the Provisional representatives.

Deutsch: Die Rechte des Menschen und des Bürgers in 19 Artikel, Text in zwei Spalten dargestellt, als die zehn Gebote auf die "Gesetzestafeln". Top-Center der Alles sehende Auge. Unterhalb der Erleuchtung (Mitte), die erleuchtet die graue Zeit (links) mit Licht und Minerva (rechts). Um unten eine zehn Zeile Versen. Dieses Gesetz verkündet am 31. Januar 1795 in Den Haag von den vorläufigen Vertreter.
