NEW AVIATION AWARD: Mr. Robert G. Robinson (left), a Marine Corps Medal of Honor recipient in World War I, stands beside a new Corps aviation award which has been named in his honor. With him are Mr. James E. Nicholson, Adjutant, First Marine Corps Aviation Force Veterans Association, and Major general Homer S. Hill, Deputy Chief of Staff (Air), Headquarters Marine Corps. The award, donated to the Marine Corps by Gruman Aerospace Corporation, will be presented annually to the outstanding "Marine Flight Officer of the Year". |
