Description Am zweiten Tag startete als erstes Team die TU Chemnitz mit den Rovern PHOBOS, DEIMOS und einer Flugdrohne in den Wettbewerb. Zunächst startete die Flugdrohne und erkundete autonom das Gelände. Nachdem sie ein Zielobjekt erkannt und richtig auf der Karte markiert hatte, flog sie leider aus dem Spielfeld und landete kontrolliert direkt vor der Jury. Danach ging einer der beiden Rover ins Rennen und machte sich auf den Weg zum Wassergefäß. Hier kämpfte er sich durch schwieriges Terrain. Kurz vor dem Zielobjekt stieß er allerdings mit dem Greifarm und direkt danach mit dem Notaus-Knopf gegen die Bande. Nachdem sich Rover 1 nun selbst abgeschaltet hatte, hätte Rover 2 die Gegend erkunden sollen, bewegte sich aber nicht vom Fleck.
