| Description |
English: The taxi stand at the historic Helen P. Gay Rocky Mount (Amtrak station) from the platform in Rocky Mount, North Carolina on Northwest Main Street and Hammond Street. Originally a Wilmington and Weldon Railroad then acquired by the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad. If this isn't on the NRHP, it should be. I took this picture on June 8, 2010, but for some reason my PC is telling me it was taken on June 10, 2010, which is impossible, because I was on Long Island on that day. |
