Description
English: Rubie Corporate Plaza Close Up. The Rubie Corporate Plaza, designed by Thomas Mojo, AIA, from Mojo Stumer Architects, in collaboration with Structural Engineer, Emanuel E. Necula, PE/PC, is located in a section of prime real estate in both the towns of Melville, NY, USA, and Huntington, NY, USA, commonly referred to as the "110 Corridor". It is a six mile (10 km) stretch along Route 110 between the Southern State and Northern State Parkway and is recognized as the premier office-business district on Long Island. The Rubie Corpoarte Plaza also features a 1,500 sq ft (140 m2) board room, a dramatic three story suspended Crystal Glass and Stainless Steel stairway and three story open waterfall.
