Vorderseite monogrammiert (RK) 1918, Rückseite beschriftet: „1913 BIS 1918 HAT DER BAD. STAAT SEIN ERSTES KRAFTWERK AN DER UNT. MURG GEBAUT“, am Rand punziert (RK).
English: Medal of Rudolf Kowarzik (1871-1940) for the opening of the Rudolf-Fettweis-Werk / Murgtal (Power station) in the year 1918. Bronze, diameter 82mm, thickness 7mm, weight 207g.
