Description
English: Ruined limekiln The island of Lismore is composed mainly of limestone, and in the nineteenth century limeburning was carried on at several locations on the island. The limekiln shown in the picture is located on the coast to the west of Port Ramsay, and nowadays there is no obvious path leading to it.
