Omschrijving: Dat het om slaolie gaat maakt het opschrift duidelijk, evenals de flesjes slaolie aan weerszijden van de tekst. Eronder staat het gekroonde wapen van de fabriek, met links een decoratief vlak met pinda's. Het grootste deel van het affiche wordt ingenomen door twee gracieuze vrouwenfiguren met lange haren. De een zit en maakt sla aan in een grote bak; de ander heeft blik en handen omhoog gericht. Het golvende, ritmische lijnenspel, waarmee het haar van de vrouwen het beeldvlak vult, maakte zo'n indruk dat de Art Nouveau haar bijnaam 'slaoliestijl' aan dit affiche te danken heeft.
