Description
Español: La construcción de la iglesia se realizó en dos épocas. La cabecera de fines del XII o principios del XIII y el cuerpo desde el transepto hasta los pies del siglo XV, en donde se coloca en el espacio central el baldaquino con la tumba del Santo. La capilla del Evangelio parece ser que está reconstruida. Sólo presenta sillería en la bóveda. Es en el acceso a esta capilla donde están representados los famosos capiteles del “Milagro de la luz”, que con la luz del sol poniente se iluminan durante los equinoccios de primavera y de otoño a eso de las 5 pm hora solar, comenzando por la escena de la Anunciación y finalizando en la del Nacimiento.
