Summary[edit]

Description
English: Sarcoid-like lesion (benign epitheloid cell reaction) in a nuchal lymph node in a case of oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma, HE. Beside of the lymphocyts (small blue cells) there are nodular aggregates of epitheloid cells with indistinct cell borders, eosinophilic cytoplasm and shoe sole like nuclei with light caryoplasm and one to severel small nucleoli.
