Summary[edit]
DescriptionSarson's Bridge near Weston-on-Trent, Derbyshire - geograph.org.uk - 1621974.jpg |
English: Sarson's Bridge near Weston-on-Trent, Derbyshire. Bridge No 11 on the Trent and Mersey Canal. There is an underwater obstruction by the towpath under this bridge. I presume boats with a beam of ten feet can pass safely. Through the arch, just visible, is the former railway bridge, now carrying National Cycle Route 6 (London to Keswick). |
