Italiano: Attiva dal 1904 al 1928, con stabilimento a Parma in via Trento, la Società Parmigiana oltre agli antipasti vegetali sott'olio e sott'aceto produceva altre conserve alimentari, come le alici in salsa e la conserva di pomodoro marca "Ercole" (il cui marchio di fabbrica fu il celebre monumento di Teodor Van Der Sturck, noto ai parmigiani come 'I du brasè', un tempo situato nel Giardino Ducale di Parma e ora visibile nel cortile del Palazzo Cusani-Casa della Musica).
