Description
Українська: Маленький (9×5 км) кратер Шредінгер G усередині 320-кілометрового кратера Шредінгер. Інтерпретується як вулканічний (Kramer et al., 2013). Мозаїка знімків космічного апарату Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter, зроблених вузькокутньою камерою (NAC). Права та центральна частина — знімки M110691019LE та M110691019RE, що зроблені одночасно і тому можуть бути з'єднані ідеально; ліва частина — знімок M141364760LE. Він був знятий через рік при дещо іншому освітленні та під іншим кутом зору, тому погано стикується і за яскравістю, і геометрично. Перші два знімки зроблені 20 жовтня 2009, третій — 10 жовтня 2010. Висота Сонця в обох випадках — біля 16°. Висота зображення — біля 10 км, північ угорі.
English: Small (9×5 km) crater Schrödinger G inside large crater Schrödinger. It is interpreted as volcanic crater (Kramer et al., 2013). Mosaic of photos by Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter, made with Narrow Angle Camera. Right and middle part is made of photos M110691019LE and M110691019RE (taken simultaneously, so, they can be aligned perfectly). Left part is M141364760LE, which was taken a year later with slightly different geometry of illumination and viewing, so, it's brightness and geometry badly coincides with the other's. First two photos were taken 20 October 2009, third one — 10 October 2010. Sun elevation in both cases is about 16°. Height of the image is about 10 km, north is up.
