Description
Italiano: Segnale stradale italiano: cartello di località. Introdotto dal Touring Club Italiano tra il 1906 e il 1907. Trattasi di segnale a muro

Il segnale riporta dall'alto in basso:

  • numero progressivo del segnale e scritta del Touring Club Italiano
  • nome della località segnalata
  • nome delle suddivisioni amministrative (provincia, circondario, mandamento) a cui appartiene la località segnalata e distanza dai rispettivi capoluoghi
  • servizi presenti nel comune (da sinistra verso destra: posta - telegrafo - simbolo non noto (forse Carabinieri o sede di Pretura ?) - corriera - console del TCI - posto di soccorso - ferrovia
  • nome e distanza dalle due località raggiungibili nelle direzioni delle frecce
English: Italian road sign: locality name sign. Introduced by the Italian Touring Club between 1906-1907.

The signs shows:

  • progressive number of the sign and name of the Italian Touring Club
  • name of the town signed
  • name of administrative subdivision where the town is located (and distance to the respective capitals)
  • services in the town (from left to right: mail - telegraph - unknown symbol (maybe Carabinieri (military police) or Pretura (local judge)) - bus service - Italian Touring Club rapresentative - first aid - railway station
