Description
Italiano: Segnale stradale italiano: confine. Introdotto nel 1907 nell'ambito delle segnalazioni stradali poste in opera da Touring Club Italiano (posto effettivamente in opera e inaugurato con cerimonia in tutti i principali punti di confine l'anno successivo). Il cerchio bianco rappresenta il logo del TCI (omesso in questa specifico disegno). Il segnale riporta la scritta "ITALIA", l'indicazione della provincia e del nome del valico di confine (con indicata l'altitudine) e la distanza dal primo paese incontrato. Dimensioni 65 x 100 cm.
English: Italian road sign: state border. Road sign introduced by the Italian Touring Club in 1907 (NOTE: all this border signs where officialy inaugurated in 1908). The white circle represents the logo of the Touring Club (wheel with Italian flag), that is omitted from the drawing. Dimension: 65 x 100 cm. The sign shows the name of the province and of the border crossing (with the elevation) and also the distance from next town.
