Deutsch: Vorderseite: Barhäuptiges geistliches Brustbild mit Krummstab und Palmzweig in einem von breitem Mittelturm und Zinnen besetzten Torbogen.

Kommentar: Das Stück stammt aus dem 1920 gehobenen Schatzfund von Lichtenberg im Odenwald (Gemeine Fischbachtal). Wegen des geistlichen Brustbildes ohne Mitra kann eine Prägung des Mainzer Erzbischofs ausgeschlossen werden. Nach der Art der Geistlichen-Darstellung kommt am ehesten eine Abtei in Frage. Als solche bietet sich in diesem Raum nur Seligenstadt an. Die Münzen der Abtei Lorsch in dieser Zeit haben ein völlig anderes Aussehen.
