Description

Diretora do Instituto Natural de Desenvolvimento Infantil (INDI), Júlia Passarinho, concede entrevista sobre o Projeto de Lei da Câmara (PLC) 58/2014: Lei Menino Bernardo (Lei da Palmada).

Lei Menino Bernardo refere-se à lei brasileira que visa proibir o uso de castigos físicos ou tratamentos cruéis ou degradantes na educação de crianças e adolescentes. O novo nome foi escolhido em homenagem ao garoto gaúcho Bernardo Boldrini, de 11 anos, cujo corpo foi encontrado no mês de abril, enterrado às margens de uma estrada em Frederico Westphalen (RS). O pai e a madrasta são suspeitos de terem participação na morte do garoto.
