| Description |
English: Shelter and trig point on Whernside There are shelters on both sides of the wall on the top of Whernside and they were created as part of the Whernside Millennium Viewpoint. The viewpoint was officially opened on the 28th September 2000, and this shelter faces north. The trig point is just behind the shelter and Ingleborough is in the distance. |
