Description
English: Silver Street, Reading. West side, c. 1891. Wooden building with advertisement hoarding, part of the forge of John Searce at No. 2 Mount Pleasant; Nos. 52, 50, 48 and 46 (building with jettied upper storey); Nos. 44, 42, 40, 38 and 36. 1890-1899 : copy of an older photograph. There are postcard versions at Dynix 1223384 and 1223385. Glass negative, Box 22 No. 8578.
