Description
Español: EI Sindicato fue constituido el 25 de febrero de 1967, siendo Presidente de la Republica el General Fidel Sánchez Hernández, en su periodo que termino el mandato en 1972 se gesta la terrible Organización cívico militar de vigilancia contra el comunismo. Los Sindicatos fueron el blanco directo de esta terrible organización bajo la doctrina Nixon Presidente de los EEUU. 10 de mayo de 1967, según el capítulo I Art. I de los Estatutos, se celebró la primera Asamblea General de elección de Junta Directiva General y se aprueban los Estatutos, Se sustituye el nombre ‘Sindicato de Empresa General de ANDA” por Sindicato de Empresa Trabajadores de ANDA” con sus siglas S.E.T.A. Al “Sindicato de Empresa Trabajadores de ANDA” podrán afiliarse los trabajadores y empleados que laboran en la Administración Nacional de Acueductos y Alcantarillados.
