English: Church at the Skógar museum, Iceland: The church was consecrated in 1998. The external is new, but the interior is largely original from the church of Kálfholt, built in 1879. Windows from the church of Gröf, 1898. Bells date from 1600 and 1742. All the church furnishing are old, dating from the 17th and 18th century. Altarpiece from Ásólfsskáli Church (1768), chandeliers from Steina Church and Skógar Church (16th century).
Íslenska: Safnkirkjan á Skógum: Kirkjan var vígð 1998. Hún er ný hið ytra, en innsíði að mestu gömul úr kirkju í Kálfholti frá 1879. Gluggar frá 1898 úr Grafarkirkju. Klukkur frá um 1600 og frá 1742. Allir kirkjugripir gamlir, frá 17. og 18. öld. Altaristaflan úr Ásólfsskálakirkju (1768), ljósahjálmar úr Steinakirkju og úr Skógarkirkju (16. öld). |
