Arrow in B points to temporal bulla; arrow in C points to exposed mallear head. Note lack of temporal bulla in A and enlarged epitympanic recess, housing exposed malleus, in C. Scale bars = 5 mm
Deutsch: Obere (A, B) and seitliche (C) Ansicht von Schädeln von Calcochloris obtusirostris (A), Chrysochloris stuhlmanni (B) und Eremitalpa granti (C). Der Pfeil in B verweist auf die "Schläfenblase", der Pfeil in C auf den vergrößerten Kopf des Hammers. In A fehlt die "Schläfenblase", in C ist der Hohlraum im Mittelohr vergrößert und enthält den ausgedehnten Kopf des Hammers, Maßstab 5 mm. |
