| Description |
English: A bit of a struggle for the locos today on the steepest section of the line between Berwyn Station and Berwyn Tunnel (1:80). Still lots of steam for me to see as GWR 5101 Class No. 5199 did its best to take the youngsters on board to Lapland! Just to the left is the pool below Horseshoe Falls on the River Dee with a few canoeists having a paddle; the building is part of the extraction workings to send water into the nascent Llangollen Canal. |
