Summary[edit]

Description Southern Vectis 1148 Mount Bay (HW09 BCK), a Scania CN270UD 4x2 EB OmniCity (built 2009) and 308 (HW54 BUF), a Dennis Dart/Plaxton Pointer at the Tesco store in Ryde, Isle of Wight, both on route 8. From the timetable change on 5 September 2010, the general daytime frequency of route 8 was reduced from half-hourly to hourly and this section of the route was abandoned.
