| Description |
This kite truly captured our attention if for no other reason this one was not a static kite and just fly, it spun around and around. The Lincoln City Summer Kite Festival is held on the beach, in the center of Lincoln City, at the D-River Wayside on Saturday and Sunday in late September. The weekend festival included kite flying demonstrations by experts, free kids kitemaking, running of the bols, and some of the most colorful “big” kites in the world! |
