Summary[edit]

Description
English: Wall painting depicting the murder of Thomas Becket by four knights in 1170. On the south wall of the church of St James at Bramley, Hampshire, above the original south doorway. Late 12th or early 13th century (believed to have been painted within fifty years of the martyrdom).
