English: St Lawrence Lodge, Church Lane, Ridgewell. An intriguing pair of houses, is it 19C or early 20C? The National School built c.1865 was in Church Lane, and closed in 1967 when the new school opened on the other side of the lane. Perhaps the old school was converted into these houses. |
