| Description |
English: St Maura's Church of Ireland. It is located at Carrowmullen; This pretty church was built in 1820 to a design by John Bowden. It is identical in plan to his churches at Aganloo 342129 and Boveagh 716452. Inside the church There's also a memorial tablet to Agnes Elizabeth Jones inside the church (with a weeping classical figure). She is buried in the old graveyard beside the church 967829 |
