Description
Русский: Почтовая марка России из серии «Герои Российской Федерации». 15,00 руб., 22 февраля 2013 г. Каталог ИТЦ «Марка» № 1680. Валерий Иванович Шкурный (1959—2000) ― капитан, заместитель начальника СОБРа Управления по борьбе с организованной преступностью при УВД Брянской области, участник Первой и Второй чеченской войны. В. И. Шкурный погиб в 2000 году в селе Комсомольское, накрыв своим телом гранату, чтобы спасти раненых товарищей. 4 июля 2000 года ему (посмертно) было присвоено звание Героя Российской Федерации.
