English: Stele dedicated to Hathor by a man called Thutmose, who was a servant of queen Merytre-Hatshepsut, royal wife of pharaoh Menkheperre Thutmose III (both their cartouches are visible, see notes). The goddess Hathor is here depicted in front of the god Min. The brownish coloration is a trace of glue used to stick gold dust or leaf to the stele. Limestone, probably from Dendera, reign of Thutmose III, 18th dynasty, New Kingdom. Florence, Museo archeologico nazionale, Inv. n. 7241.
