Description
English: Line chart showing deposition of solved proteins structures into the Protein Data Bank (PDB) by each of the four large PSI centers over time. Structures from the Midwest Center for Structural Genomics (MCSG) are shown in purple; structures from the Joint Center for Structural Genomics (JCSG) are shown in green; structures from the New York SGX Research Center (NYSGXRC) are shown in red; structures from the Northeast Structural Genomics Consortium (NESG) are shown in blue. Dates range from January 1, 2000 to October 31, 2008.

PDB data for the four large PSI centers is available from: http://www.pdb.org/pdb/statistics/histogram.do?mdcat=pdbx_SG_project&mditem=full_name_of_center&numOfbars=30. To download data, go to icon to right of corresponding bar, Tabulate -> Custom Report -> Deposition Date -> Create Report. Data available in .xls and .csv from there.
