Cornerhouse. House history plaque on its facade: "Zoltán Kalmár, engineer, had it designed and built by his own company in 1934. He lived in the house with his family until 1958. Kalmár's work as a designer and constructor played a significant role in the formation of the cityscape from the 1930s. The implementation of all MAORT (note: MAORT = an American-Hungarian Oil Company) local investments is linked to his name. He designed and erected a series of churches and other buildings. From 1930 he was the superintendent of the local Lutheran church for 21 years.//The memorial plaque was erected in 2011 by dr. Elemérné Bálint, Zsuzsanna Kalmár, and Zoltán Kalmár" - 14 Sugár Road, Nagykanizsa, Zala County, Hungary.

Sarokház Tábla a falán: Kalmár-ház helyi jelentőségű épület. Kalmár Zoltán okl. mérnök 1934-ben terveztette és építette meg saját cégével. A házban élt családjával 1958-ig, Kalmár tervezői és kivitelezői munkásságával a 30-as évektől jelentős szerepet játszott a városkép kialakulásában. A MAORT összes helyi beruházásának a kivitelezése a nevéhez füzödik.
