Description
Polski: Pozwolę sobie zacytować fragment opisu do obiektu - W czasie działań II wojny światowej kościół został bardzo zniszczony. Zawalone zostało m. in. sklepienie, przykrywające nawę i prezbiterium, zniszczona została więźba i zburzone ostatnia kondygnacja wieży i korona murów obwodowych. Elementy zabytkowego wyposażenia zostały częściowo wywiezione, a częściowo zniszczone i rozkradzione, bowiem obiekt był bezpańską ruiną. Do prac naprawczych przystąpiono już w 1947 roku. W ramach remontu wykonano: uzupełnienia ścian obwodowych i cokołów, sklepienia Kleina, zwieńczenie wieży i jej hełm, tynki wnętrza, więźbę dachową i pokrycie dachu, szalunek stropów, stolarkę okienną i drzwiową. . Kościół znajduje się w samym centrum miasta, zdjęcie robiłam stojąc dokładnie na rynku.
