English:
  • 1-Preformed part: a polymer material (light yellow) (for example based on EVA), containing a foaming agent (for example an azodicarbonamide) and a crosslinker (for example a peroxide), with a PA 6.6 support (black) (high melting point) were placed in a hollow body of a car.
  • 2-During the electro-cataphoretic (e-coat) curing step in an oven (body shop step), expansion and cross-linking of the yellow material (formation of a foaming sealant) for sealing against water, air (sound insulation) and dust.

  • 1-Matériau polymère (jaune clair) (base EVA par exemple), contenant notamment un agent gonflant (par exemple un azodicarbonamide) et un agent réticulant (par exemple un peroxyde), entourant un support (noir) injecté en polyamide (PA 6.6) (point de fusion élevé).
