This BABHE (Bundesamt für Betriebe des Heeres) shunting locomotive comes from Ernst Stadler's small workshop in Zurich before the production started in Bussnang in 1962. The Em 5837 912-5 is now 59 years old - if it still exists. There are several types of these army locomotives, but they are rarely to see. Switzerland, July 14, 2011. (1/2) Diese Lok ist ein Einzelstück und wurde ursprünglich gebaut für das OKK (Oberkriegskommissiariat) als Em 3/3 9, spätere Em 836 909. Wann sie auf Em 837 912 umgezeichnet wurde ist nicht bekannt. Im nationalen Fahrzeugregister ist die Lokomotive aktuell nicht mehr aufgeführt. Gesamthaft wurden für das OKK 5 Fahrzeuge des Typs Em 3/3 gebaut (Nr. 8, 9, 11, 12, 15), die sich aber bezüglich Leistung und Aussehen zum Teil deutlich unterscheiden. |
