Summary[edit]

Description En el Museo de la catdral de Girona se encuentra expuesto, en una sala p'ropia y con muy poca luz, el tapiz de la Creación. Se trata de un bordado de grandes dimensiones (3.6 x 4.5 m) datado en el siglo XI. Se conservan 29 escenas, comenzando por la central, un Cristo Pantocrator. La fotografía es difícil por la escasez de luz, el escaso espacio disponible, la presencia de un vidrio protector y, para finalizar, la posición tumbada de la tela.
