| Description |
English: The Campanile, Portmeirion. Clough Williams-Ellis built the Campanile in 1928, it was listed Grade II in 1971. Clough built the "Bell Tower" to draw attention to his venture, and show "something was happening." It was partly constructed using a reclaimed chiming clock turret from a London brewery, Clough frequently recycled architecture. |
