| Description |
English: On the timetable certain services were down to have 2 locomotives. I'd seen one of these in Bury and it was top-and-tailed. So I expected that to be the case on this service at Irwell Vale. I'd made the right decision for the location to avoid rain on the lens but instead of taking a photo of one engine at the front and another of the one at the back they appeared like this. And then I realised the timetable had this as Piloted (double-headed) and the one I'd seen earlier as Banked (top-and-tailed). Another bit of the learning curve ascended.... |
