| Description |
English: Built in 1925, this Art Deco-style building was designed by Frank V. Kirshner and Arthur M. Atkinson for the Oklahoma Natural Gas Company to serve as their headquarters. The building features a buff brick exterior, limestone trim, a limestone base, large arched bays on the first floor, one-over-one, two-over-two, and three-over-one double-hung windows, recessed spandrel panels, a corner blade sign, and suspended arched metal canopies at the entrance doors. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984, and is a contributing structure in the Oil Capital Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010. The building today houses various commercial office tenants. |
