Description
English: Unmailed glossy photochrom postcard of "The Palm Room, Laurel in the Pines Hotel, Lakewood, N. J." This luxury hotel was in its heyday. It burned down in 1967 and the spot is now a condominium complex. Back is divided. Stamp box reads "DOMESTIC ONE CENT - FOREIGN TWO CENTS" and "M-692" It is published by the American News Company. The card bears their logo of a shamrock partly encircled with the word "AMERICHROME" and the words "LEIPZIG BERLIN NEW YORK PRINTED IN THE UNITED STATES"
