Description
English: "The Start of the Life-boat, Cape Cod", depicts deployment of a lifeboat from Old Harbor U.S. Life Saving Station in Chatham, Massachusetts.

Written on the back: "The man marked X is my brother." (no name signed) Postmarked: Provincetown 1906. Published by C.O. Tucker, Boston (1906-1917)

They published view-cards of Massachusetts and scenes of the U.S. Life Saving Service in black & white and sepia halftone line block on a textured cream colored paper.
