Page 1 features portrait of gubernatorial candidate Henry McBride. Page 5 article "Infantile Paralysis in Seattle" discusses concerns over a polio outbreak. Page 6 advertisement discusses changes to Washington State prohibition law.

McBride, who had been the governor of Washington 1901-1905, failed in this attempt to get back into office.
