English: The Vulcan Hotel on Adam Street (but not for much longer if the planning dept. has its way) Built in 1853 the Vulcan is scheduled for demolition (as at Feb 2010). It is a little oasis of character that has served the people of Cardiff for over 150 years but is now getting in the way of 'development'. Go online to save-the-vulcan.blogspot.com to sign an online petition to save this little piece of heritage. |
