Summary[edit]

Description
English: Site of the Weld Chapel, originally Arnold's Chapel, Waterfall Road, Southgate, Middlesex. It had been the private chapel of the Weld family. It was given to the people of Southgate and consecrated on the 24th May 1615 as a chapel of ease. It was deconsecrated and dismantled in 1862 after Christ Church, which had been built within the original precinct, had been consecrated. The foundation area is now used as a repository for the ashes for parishioners of Christ Church.
